You can book an online appointment so as to be served by a specialised e-EFKA employee via video conference in order to benefit from services provided to citizens.

To book your online appointment you will need to enter:

• your full name
• your email address
• your contact details
• your Social Insurance Number (AMKA)
• your home address and postal code

Please note that someone else can also book the appointment for you. However, you should personally attend the video conference.

The service is currently provided for the insured persons of all regions of the Greek territory except for the Region of Attica and the islands under its jurisdiction.
