You can book an online appointment on myDIMOSlive so as to be served by a competent employee of specific Services / Departments of your Municipality via video conference to process your case or simply to get administrative information.

You will need:

• your personal Taxisnet credentials
• your email address
• your mobile phone number

Please note that someone else can also book the appointment for you. However, you should personally attend the video conference.

The service is currently provided by the Municipalities of Larissa, Chania, Kavala, Chios, Zografos, Kordelio-Evosmos and Metamorfosi. More Municipalities will be gradually included in it.
