If you are a notary certified on the myAADE, you can portal can create and print copies of tax returns in relation to:

• the transfer of real estate
• donations
• parental benefits
• inheritances

If you are a natural person, you can login to the application depending on their capacity (buyers or sellers, donors/parents or donees/children, heirs/legatees, legal representatives of natural or legal persons) in order to:

• retrieve the tax return notified to you by a notary, so that you can permanently file it or reject it
• file inheritance tax returns for movable property
• manage the tax returns filed and their accompanying documents.
