The single digital vehicle registration certificate concerns all vehicle categories and is issued by a customs authority. Once issued, the parties concerned (importers, agents, handling companies) can manage it and carry out the necessary steps in it, until it is finalised and submitted to the competent regional transport and communications department, which will issue the licence and the number plates.

Among other things, interested natural and legal persons can do the following:

• Registration of necessary data
• Add transfer level
• Obtaining a registration certificate with the current state of the vehicle
• Finalisation and submission for marketing authorisation
• Authorisation of a legal representative to carry out the above actions

At any stage of the process, you can obtain and print the Digital Vehicle Registration Certificate, which is issued in the form of a Single Digital Portal document – gov.gr and bearing a unique verification identifier.
