The owners of a main residence can receive a grant for interventions that save energy and enhance the energy efficiency of your dwelling as well as for renovation interventions.

Conditions for participation in the programme:

• be a natural person
• be born between 1.1.1984 and 31.12.2005 inclusive
• you must have a right in rem in the dwelling (full ownership/usufruct/loose ownership)
• meet the income criteria

Housing eligibility requirements:

• be legal and not classified as demolition
• be a primary residence
• be in a category lower than or equal to C on the basis of the first Energy Performance Certificate

You will need to:

• fill in your personal Taxisnet credentials
• enter your e-mail address and the necessary details.
• attach the necessary supporting documents.

The programme consists of two independent branches "Savings" and "Renovation". You can independently receive funding only for the "Savings" branch, but if you wish to receive funding for the "Renovation" branch you must also be selected for the "Savings" branch.

1. The interventions eligible for funding are:

• energy saving and retrofitting works
• energy saving and energy saving projects - Conservation and renovation - Replacement of windows and doors
• installation/upgrading of thermal insulation
• heating / cooling system upgrading
• hot water system using Renewable Energy Sources (RES)
• other interventions (smart home management system)
