You can apply to the Electronic Solvency Register through your attorney at law, if you have overdue debts so that you can be released from them by liquidating your property and having a second chance.
The procedure requires the authorisation of a lawyer to this end, and can be initiated if you are:
- a debtor
- a creditor
- an institutional creditor (financial institution)
You will need:
- your personal Taxisnet credentials (debtors and creditors)
- your credentials for accessing the portal of the Council of Bar Associations, if you are an attorney
Please select one of the following capacities (debtor, creditor or institutional creditor) applicable to you, in order to.
- authorise your attorney
- see the application filed by the attorney on your behalf
If you are an attorney, you can enter details for publication in the Electronic Solvency Register.
For any query, login to the application portal and select "Help" then "Questions".
