If you need to cede part of your plot so that it will be annexed to an adjacent property, you can apply for a concession agreement. First, you need to file an application to the department of building services (Town Planning) of the Municipality where your plot is located.

You will need to:

• enter your personal Taxisnet credentials
• attach the required supporting documents (see them by clicking the "Detailed description" link)

After the processing is complete, you will see the reply of the regional authority in your Inbox. The document bears all the validation features of gov.gr records (unique code, QR code, advanced electronic stamp) and can be used for any legal purpose.

Currently, the service is available in the Region of Attica. More regions will gradually be included in it.
