If you are an authorised engineer, registered with the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE-TCG), you can search, register or modify the details of a building in the Electronic Register of Building Identities. This service relates to:
- plots / fields
- vertical/horizontal ownerships (condominiums) that may exist in such plots or fields
Once the procedure has been finalised, you can print the Extract of Identity of the building or partitioned property.
You will need to login with your personal MyTEE credentials.
