Natural or legal persons can submit to the Departments of Rural Development and Control (TAAE) a declaration for the control of propagation material of cultivated plant species that are regulated under EU or national provisions, upon their on arrival in the country from an EU member state. This applies to:

• trading
• reproduction
• covering sowing - planting needs of agricultural holdings
• covering needs of a plant nursery businesses
• experimentation, environmental restoration or showcasing
• own use by research institutes

in relation to the following cultivated plant species:

• crops
• vegetables
• aromatic and medicinal plants
• ornamental plants
• fruit plants or trees
• vineyards

You will need to:

• enter your personal Taxisnet credentials
• enter your personal details (when using the service for the first time)
• fill in the application details and attach the required supporting documents (see them in the application form)
