You may apply for an advance payment of 100 % of the public aid for projects included in the Agrifood actions of the Recovery and Resilience Fund, on presentation of an equivalent letter of guarantee of indefinite duration or for a fixed term ending 12 months after completion of the implementation.

Letters of guarantee shall be submitted and accepted following a check of validity. If the letter of guarantee expires during the implementation of the investment, you are obliged to replace it immediately with another one in order to meet the above claim again, with an amount proportional to the remaining public expenditure. You are informed of the imminent expiry of the letter of guarantee three (3) months before its expiry. The letter of guarantee shall be gradually written off on the basis of an equivalent amount of compensation against the aid paid and shall be returned to the beneficiary after it has been fully offset.
