Businesses that produce and/or market propagation material, farmers, research institutes, universities and private individuals can apply for an approval for the intra-Community acquisition of propagation material for:

• trading
• reproduction
• covering sowing - planting needs of agricultural holdings
• covering needs of a plant nursery businesses
• experimentation, environmental restoration or showcasing
• own use by research institutes

in relation to the following cultivated plant species:

• crops
• vegetables
• aromatic and medicinal plants
• ornamental plants
• fruit plants or trees
• vineyards

You will need to:

• enter your personal Taxisnet credentials
• enter your personal details (when using the service for the first time)
• fill in the application details and attach the required supporting documents (see them in the application form)
