If you are an employer, you can apply to hire a third-country national for seasonal agricultural work. The invitation can be made for citizens under 60 years of age.

You will need to enter the details of the employee you want to hire, as follows:

• surname, first name, date/country of birth and nationality
• surname and name of their father and mother
• their passport details (number, date of issue and expiry, and country of issue)

When to apply:
The application submission period is from 15.06.2021 to 30.09.2021.

You will need:

• your personal Taxisnet credentials
• your Tax Identification Number (AFM)
• your identity card number
• your mobile phone number
• your email address
• the payment code of the required fee, after effecting the payment
