You can file a complaint about matters falling within the responsibility of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food and its supervised bodies.

For example, your complaint may concern:

• farming practices, agricultural constructions and facilities, labour issues, agricultural waste, electricity use issues, all kinds of subsidies, funded programmes
• issues of cooperatives or other collective schemes, of marketing, advertising, trading of plant products
• cannabis issues, quality standards issues (e.g. organic, Integrated Distribution, PDO, etc.)
• issues of relations with public services and with other citizens, issues of public health
• animal and plant health issues, forestry, environment, animal feed, animal protection and health, food of animal origin, animal by-products, etc.

You will need to:

• enter your personal Taxisnet credentials
• fill in the details of the complaint
• upload (if you so wish) accompanying files and photos

You will receive a unique complaint number which you allow you to access to repository of replies and you view your complaint.
