If you are insured with the Hellenic Agricultural Insurance Organisation (ELGA), you can print the form of the Single Statement of Cultivation/Breeding (DKE) for a specific insurance year, from 2011 onwards.

The document contains in a single table:

• the location of the parcels
• the type of crop
• the insured value and the contribution amount per crop
• the species, category and age of the livestock

Please note that:

• if you have an agricultural holding, you need to mandatorily submit an DKE, regardless of whether you are a professional farmer
• you need to declare the entire agricultural holding, i.e. all the parcels of the holding and the livestock
• you can declare damage and be compensated by the ELGA only for holdings declared on the DKE form
