If you own a professional fishing vessel, you can apply for the transfer of the vessel's files kept by the Port Authority and the competent regional department, from the place of your fishing sorties to your place of residence.
You should first visit the competent port authority to apply for a certificate attesting the characteristics of your vessel.

You will need to:

• enter your personal Taxisnet credentials
• enter your personal details (when using the service for the first time)
• fill in the application
• attach the required supporting documents (see them in the application form)
• select the way you will receive the decision

Upon submission, you will receive an email with the details of your application (reference number and application file) and the contact details of the competent regional directorate.

You will then be informed by e-mail about the outcome of the application and the document will be sent to you as you have chosen.

Currently, the service is available in the Regions of Attica and South Aegean. More regions will gradually be included in it.
