If you are a pharmacist, you can apply for a certificate of your professional status (in relation to your degree and professional licence), attesting also your registration and non-prosecution for disciplinary reasons, from the Panhellenic Association of Pharmacists and the Pharmaceutical Association of Attica.

Please note that you need to submit your application to:

• the regional unit where your pharmacy belongs, if you own a pharmacy
• the regional unit where your professional licence was issued, if you do not own a pharmacy

You will need to:

• enter your personal Taxisnet credentials
• attach the required supporting documents (see them by clicking the "Detailed description" link)

After the processing is complete, you will see the reply of the regional authority in your Inbox. The document bears all the validation features of gov.gr records (unique code, QR code, advanced electronic stamp) and can be used for any legal purpose.

Currently, the service is available in the Region of Attica. More regions will gradually be included in it.
