You can obtain a general qualification in radio-telegraphy or radio-telephony, after passing an exam, as long as you have:

• citizenship of an EU member state and you are over 18
• a high school graduation certificate, a graduation certificate from a six-grade secondary school, or any other qualification at least equivalent to them
• a certificate of graduation from a state radio-telegraphy school, from a private school of radio-telegraphy and radio-telephony, or from a school of the Hellenic Telecommunications Organisation (OTE), of the Armed Forces or of the Security Forces
• perfect vision, hearing and voice articulation

You will need:

• your personal Taxisnet credentials
• to attach the required supporting documents (see them by clicking the "Detailed description" link)

After the processing is complete, you will see the reply of the regional authority in your Inbox. The document bears all the validation features of gov.gr records (unique code, QR code, advanced electronic stamp) and can be used for any legal purpose.

Currently, the service is available in the Region of Attica. More regions will gradually be included in it.
