You can book an online appointment on myDYPAlive so as to be served by a specialised employee of the Public Employment Service (DYPA) via video conference, so that you can benefit from services provided to registered unemployed people and businesses.

To book your online appointment you will need to enter:

• your full name
• your email address
• your mobile phone number
• your address

Please note that someone else can also book the appointment for you. However, you should personally attend the video conference.

During the video-conference you will be asked to show your identification documents, depending on the case (ID card, passport, residence permit, company statute, etc.).

In addition, in some of the above procedures, interpreting services in other languages and/or in Greek sign language are provided.
