Those recruited to full-time salaried employment before the end of the unemployment benefit may apply to continue to be granted.
The amount of the labour benefit paid corresponds to half of the unemployment benefit and its duration is equal to the remaining duration of the unemployment benefit to which it is linked.

Entitlement conditions:

• the benefit can be paid once within the same three years
• recruitment must be with an employer for which you have not been employed for the last two years before the start of unemployment benefits

You cannot receive the work allowance to the insured persons you recruit:

• as beneficiaries of a Labour Market Reintegration Programme
• an enterprise of a spouse or first-degree or second-degree relative by blood or marriage;
• to the State, as officials or with an employment relationship governed by private law of indefinite duration;
