You can apply for an administrative appeal against the acts of the tax authority to the Dispute Resolution Directorate of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue and monitor the progress and outcome of your application.

You need to:

• fill in the Tax Authority issuing the contested acts and lodging the appeal
• fill in the type of administrative appeal act
• attach the necessary supporting documents

You will need your personal Taxisnet credentials.

If you appoint a representative for the administrative appeal you will need to know the details of their Tax Identification Number (AFM).
