You can issue a statement of debts to the public authorities if you do not meet the conditions for the issue of a tax clearance certificate.

The application may also be submitted by:

• the department or body carrying out the clearance or payment to you 
• by the notary carrying out the transfer of the property or the establishment of the lien

In the above cases your consent will be required.

You will need to fill in either your personal Taxisnet credentials or the credentials of the legal person

The certificate is valid for one month and its validity is checked electronically.
