You can register the decisions of your company's bodies. The application is used for registering any deed or information, as necessary to update the Register of Shipping Companies for Recreational Crafts (NEPA).
In order to manage the record after the incorporation of the company, the processor of the incorporation needs to register the Tax Identification Number (AFM) of your company.

You will need to:

• enter your corporate Taxisnet credentials
• enter the details of the natural or legal persons and their representatives referred to in the relevant decisions
• issue and pay the applicable fee (e-fee ) (code 3034)
• attach the necessary supporting documents in order to update the NEPA register

Please note that when registering the minutes of an annual General Meeting to update the NEPA, the document is simply submitted as a file and is not subject to payment of any fee.

The process
The process is initiated by the legal representative of the company or another authorised user - processor. The members of the Board of Directors or the shareholders who sign the minutes, as well as third persons referred to in the decisions of the bodies, will be invited to login to the application in order to accept the minutes and sign the registration application.
The process is completed at a later stage by the competent department of the Directorate of Maritime Investments and Marine Tourism (DINETHAT) of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Insular Policy, which examines and approves the new registration.

When registering the decisions of the General Assembly or the Board of Directors of the NEPA, the text of the corresponding minutes becomes available to anyone interested through the NEPA Register . The documents appear in the citizen's Inbox and bear the security features of gov.gr.

The minutes of the General Assembly or of the Board of Directors are now available to anyone, together the Certificate of Incorporation and Representation and the Articles of Association of the Company. The documents appear in the citizen's Inbox of the interested party and bear the security features of gov.gr.
