You can apply for the inclusion of investment projects financed through the New Development Law - Greece Strong Development (Law 4887/2022).

The application for inclusion concerns the support of investment projects in important sectors of the national economy which do not fall under the other special categories.

Indicatively, in this regime, applications can be submitted for investment projects related to seawater desalination in island areas, to recycling, to the creation of film studios, to the creation of sports fields and swimming pools, to the creation of recovery and rehabilitation centres, subject to specific conditions.

An application may be submitted by investment entities that are established or have a branch in the Greek territory at the time of commencement of the investment project and have one of the following forms:

  • Commercial company,
  • Partnership,
  • Social Cooperative Enterprise (SocCoopEnt), Agricultural Cooperative (AC), Producer Group (PG), Urban Cooperatives, Agricultural Corporate Partnerships (ACP),
  • Joint ventures engaged in commercial activity,
  • Public and municipal enterprises and their subsidiaries, as long as: (a) their scope is not to serve a public purpose, (b) their scope, as defined by the state, is not the exclusive provision of services, (c) their operation is not subsidised with public funds for the period of compliance with the long-term obligations of article 25.

  • the personal Taxisnet credentials of the legal representative of the entity, or
  • the corporate Taxisnet credentials
  • to attach the necessary supporting documents mentioned in the relevant call of the Ministry of Development and Investment
