With the farmer's card, you will have easy access to all your data and processes, i.e. to:

• transfers of rights
• audit results in relation to transfers of rights
• the submission of additional documents
• unduly paid amounts
• detailed information on reductions or penalties
• amounts of payments credited to the beneficiary farmer's account
• any rejections at payment (e.g. closed bank account, inconsistency of personal information)
• filing of complaints about payment problems
