Employers of joint undertakings and construction projects (with the exception of building project registration numbers of public works) may submit an application for transfer to e-EFKA for contributions that you have paid in error to the TEKA, without there being any corresponding insurance obligation.

Economic criteria:

• The existence of a sufficient total credit balance. I.e. the total amount of money remaining on the employer's tab after the payment of all liabilities corresponding to the submitted DPA is higher than the requested transfer amount.
• The credit balance is higher than the monthly liabilities to the TEKA. In particular, the total credit balance must be higher than the sum of the charges of the submitted RCF relating to the salary periods of the two months preceding the calendar month of the request for transfer.

When applications are submitted, the above criteria are checked if they are not met, electronic applications are automatically rejected.

You will need the employer's passwords to submit the DPA electronically.
