Companies wishing to employ staff on Sundays or public holidays need to submit an online application.

You will need to:

• enter the credentials for accessing the online services of the Labour Inspectorate

In the application you need to state the reasons, the working hours and the day of the compensatory rest. The deadline for submitting the application is the business day immediately before the public holiday or Sunday to which the application relates (at 13:00 hrs.).
