Energy inspectors (natural and legal persons) need to mandatorily enter the following in the building inspection file:

• the energy efficiency certificates and the corresponding energy inspection forms for buildings
• the inspection reports in relation to the heating systems of buildings
• the inspection reports in relation to the air conditioning systems of buildings

In addition, the natural and legal persons can check the validity of the reports of such energy inspections.
