Digital attestation of contracts for the undertaking of technical works by a contractor/subcontractor for IAPR

Contractors / subcontractors of technical work over 6,000 euros, you can register and digitally submit the agreement, that is automatically submitted to IAPR. For the digital certification of the contract for the undertaking of technical work you will need:

  • either your personal web banking codes or your personal Taxisnet credentials (after first registering atNational Communication Register (EMEP), to confirm your mobile phone number)
  • your mobile phone where confirmation codes will be sent to you before the document is issued
  • the Tax Identification Number (AFM) and the names of the contractors/subcontractors who will sign the contract, as well as their status (contracting or undertaking the work)
  • the document (agreement) you wish to certify electronically in .pdf format

You will also need to fill in a short description of the undertaken project with reference to the Legal Entity you represent (if applicable), the start date of works, the value of the project, the unique prior submission identifier (if the contract is linked to another already submitted) and the pending request protocol number (if any).

Each subsequent signatory selects the "Outstanding" field to locate the agreement to be signed and sign it. Only when the process is completed by all parties will the signed document appear digitally attested on the Citizen's box of each signatory.

With the digital certificate, at the bottom of each page of your document, the unique verification number in alphanumeric form and in QR format is printed and at the end of the document the electronic stamp of gov.gr and the details of the signatories are printed.
