The vessel’s/ship’s captain, representative and shipping agents, are obligated to submit reports/information to the Hellenic National Single Window system prior to its arrival to and posterior to its departure from Greek ports.

You will need to:

• fill in the credentials of your account (if you have completed your registration with the Hellenic National Single Window, declare your personal details, following by the association with the vessel/ship of your interest)
• provide the necessary supporting documents (ID card or passport, shipping agent license in case of a shipping agent, certificate of competence in case of a captain)
