Entities or individuals included in the phytosanitary register can request approval and drawing up of a plant passport, for each shipment/movement of plants or plant products. Then, a macroscopic phytosanitary inspection and/or sampling of the plants will be carried out in your premises, depending on the plant species. In case of sampling, the sample will be sent for control to the Benaki Phytopathological Institute (BPI). The plant health inspector will approve or reject your request, depending on the result of the inspection.

You will need to:

• enter your personal Taxisnet credentials
• attach the required supporting documents (see them by clicking the "Detailed description" link)

Once the processing has been completed, you will see the reply of the regional authority in Your Inbox. The reply bears all the validation features of gov.gr records (unique code, QR code, advanced electronic stamp) and can be used for any legal purpose.

All Greece's regions will be gradually included in the service.
