Natural persons who want to engage as professional vendors of itinerant trade products which do not come from own production, you can apply for and obtain a professional seller’s licence.

In Itinerant trade, the seller moves by any motor, trailer or other type of moving medium. It does not have a specific business position, but moves continuously with the exception of the duration of the transaction. Sellers operate in municipal communities with a permanent population of up to five thousand (5.000) inhabitants. By way of exception, licensed itinerant trade involving a canteen or a portable firing facility may remain stationary at points, without the condition that the population restrictions are respected and for a period determined by the municipalities of Greece.

Licences are granted on the basis of a call for tenders issued by the Regions and the licensees are selected through scoring (table) of the criteria .

It will be necessary to:

• fill in your personal Taxisnet credentials
• please attach the necessary supporting documents depending on your capacity, the vacancy notice and the product you will market

The period of validity of the licence shall be five years with a right of renewal.
