You can get a certificate of non-contestation / challenge of a succession right.

You will need your personal Taxisnet credentials.

You need to:

1. select the court to which you will apply for the certificate
2. select the certificate of non-contestation / challenge of a succession right (or certificates of succession)
3. track the progress of your application while it is being processed by the court
4. return to the app to get your certificate electronically.

To select a court, consider the following:

• the succession court has jurisdiction over the contestation / challenge of a succession right
• the succession court is the local court (Irinodikeio) of the region in which the deceased had his/her domicile at the time of death or his/her residence in the absence of domicile, or the local court of the capital city of the State in the absence of residence.

Until 01.03.2013, the succession court was the single-member Court of First Instance of the region in which the deceased had his/her domicile at the time of death, or his/her residence in the absence of domicile, or the single-member Court of First Instance of the capital city of the State in the absence of residence.

The service is currently provided for specific local courts and courts of first instance. Gradually, all courts will be included in the service.

Alternatively, you have the option to book an online appointment on myKEPlive so as to be served by an employee of the Citizens' Service Centres (KEP) via video conference.
