You can Issue a certificate of non-publication of a will.

You will need your personal Taxisnet credentials.

You need to:

1. select the court where you will apply for the certificate
2. select the certificate of non-publication of a will (or wills)
3. track the progress of your application while it is being processed by the court
4. return to the app to get your certificate electronically

To select a court, consider the following:

• the local court either of the testator's last domicile or residence, or of the residence of the holder of the will, has jurisdiction to publish a will. Until 03.01.2013, the Court of First Instance either of the testator's last domicile or residence, or of the residence of the holder of the will had that jurisdiction.
• the Court of First Instance of the capital city of the State keeps a book of wills published by that court, as well as by other courts and consular authorities.

The service is currently provided for specific local courts and courts of first instance. Gradually, all courts will be included in the service.

Alternatively, you have the option to book an online appointment on myKEPlive so as to be served by an employee of the Citizens' Service Centres (KEP) via video conference.
