You can get a certificate of non waiver of succession.

You will need your personal Taxisnet credentials.

You need to:

1. select the court to which you will apply for the certificate
2. select the certificate of non waiver(s) of succession
3. track the progress of your application while it is being processed by the court
4. return to the app to get your certificate

To select a court, you need to consider the following:

• the waiver of succession needs to be declared at the secretariat of the court of inheritance
• the court of inheritance is the local court (Irinodikeio) of the region in which the deceased had his/her domicile at the time of death or his/her residence in the absence of domicile, or the local court of the capital city of the State in the absence of residence.

Until 01.03.2013, the court of inheritance was the single-member Court of First Instance of the region in which the deceased had his/her domicile at the time of death, or his/her residence in the absence of domicile, or the single-member Court of First Instance of the capital city of the State in the absence of residence.

The service is currently provided for specific local courts and courts of first instance. Gradually, all courts will be included in the service.

Alternatively, you have the option to book an online appointment on myKEPlive so as to be served by an employee of the Citizens' Service Centres (KEP) via video conference.
