Those staying in hotels who were evacuated at the outbreak of the forest fires on the island of Rhodes in July 2023 can apply for an e-voucher (form of a regular trip) in Rhodes, granting you a one-time accommodation of seven (7) consecutive days on the island of Rhodes and in a hotel of the same category (star) and the same type of room as you were staying at the time of the fire.

Conditions

1. be an adult natural person (regardless of nationality)
2. stay in hotels evacuated at the outbreak of the forest fires on the island of Rhodes in July 2023
3. you must be registered in the Register of Beneficiaries by the evacuated hotels and travel agencies/tour operators who have managed your booking, and there must be confirmation of your stay in that hotel
4. have been informed by email that you have joined the Register as a beneficiary and have assigned a password to the application via the unique electronic hyperlink containing the email.

If you are not included in the Beneficiary Register, you may submit an application with the necessary supporting documents through a specific application of the action, requesting your addition to it.
You can use your free accommodation and redeem the e-voucher in two (2) periods:

• 1th season – Spring, from 10.04.2024 to 26.05.2024
• Period 2 – Autumn, from 16.09.2024 to 10.11.2024

You will need to complete:

• the passwords for the application
• your contact details (email address, mobile phone number)
• hotel, room type, period of stay and booking number

Note that:

• Redemption of the e-voucher is possible only if you stay for seven (7) consecutive days in the Hotel and not in part.
• You have the right to redeem the e-voucher only in one of the above two periods.
• At the end of the submission of applications, no new application may be withdrawn and submitted.
