If you are an authorised engineer, registered with the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE-TCG), you can get a certificate of completeness of the identity of a building or partitioned property. This service is available when:

• the entry in the Electronic Building Identity Register is final
• an inspection has been carried out on the property
• the State fee has been paid
