You can apply for the cancellation or reduction of a penalty fare notice issued for you or your minor child, when using Urban Rail Transport (STASY) fixed track means (Metro, Electric Railway, Tram). The application for the penalty fare cancellation or reduction must be filed strictly within the first sixty (60) calendar days from the day following its imposition.

You will need to:

• enter your personal Taxisnet credentials
• fill in the details (series and number) of the notice, as well as the date of the infraction, as indicated in the issued fare evasion notice.
• describe the reasons why you are applying for the cancellation or reduction of the penalty fare
• attach, if you deem it necessary, the supporting documents in electronic form (e.g. personalised card, partial fare exemption card, etc.).

The submission of the application for a penalty fare cancellation or reduction does not suspend the 10-day deadline for paying half of the fine.
