You can book an online appointment on myKEPlive so as to be served by an employee of the Citizens' Service Centres (KEP) via video conference to process your case or to simply get administrative information.

The following services are provided:

To book your online appointment, you will need to enter:

• your full name
• your email address
• your mobile phone number
• your address

Please note that someone else can also book the appointment for you. However, you should personally attend the video conference.
The process will be completed at a later stage, after the video conference.

A special service with an interpreter is provided for people with disabilities and chronic conditions.
