Every year, the Payment and Control Agency for Guidance and Guarantee Community Aid (OPEKEPE) certifies bodies (private or public law natural or legal persons), farmers' cooperatives, associations of cooperatives and producer groups to help farmers complete and submit the single application to the Integrated Administration and Control System (OSDE).

The application form and the application file can only be submitted electronically with the necessary supporting documents.
