Book a digital appointment at myEGDIXlive to be served by a representative of the Secretariat-General for Finance and Private Debt Management (GGXTDIX) via videoconference, if you are a debtor, adviser or business representative and you have questions about GGXTDIX’s electronic services.

The services provided that are linked to the Information Systems (platforms) of the GGXTDIX are the following:

• Out-of-court debt settlement mechanism
• Vulnerable Debtor Certificate
• Programme of public contribution to vulnerable debtors (Interim programme)
• Statement of your money debts
• Code of Conduct

In addition, you can book a digital appointment to receive General Information on Debt Management via videoconference with a representative of the GGXTDIX.

In order to book your digital appointment for the services provided that are linked to the Information Systems of the GGXTDIX, you will need to fill in:

• your full name
• your email address
• your contact phone number
• your role on the GGXTDIX platform
• the issue
• the Tax Identification Number (AFM) of the applicant on the GGXTDIX platform
• the application number on the GGXTDIX platform

In order to book your digital appointment for a service provided without a connection to any Information System of the GGXTDIX (General Debt Management Information) , you will need to fill in obligatory:

• your full name
• your email address
• your contact phone number

For your convenience, there is a field in the application where you can fill in a brief description of your case.

Please note that the appointment can be booked by someone else for you. However, it should be you on the teleconference.

When booking the teleconference, you can also choose to have a third party (your lawyer, accountant, or advisor) who will be notified of the appointment by the person requesting the teleconference.

At the beginning of the videoconference, for the services provided that are linked to the Information Systems (platforms) of the GGXTDIX, the videoconference requestor will be asked to show his/her identification documents (identity card, passport, authorisation to represent a legal entity, etc.).

While in the case of a videoconference for General Debt Management Information, you will be asked to confirm the data declared in your reservation in order to continue the conversation with the representative of the GGXTDIX Secretariat-General for Financial Sector and Private Debt Management.
