If you are a legal representative of the legal entity providing accounting and tax services, you are obliged to submit a formal declaration to the Economic Chamber of Greece within the first two months of each year.

If the legal representative does not submit the formal declaration within the first two months, the legal person is not included in the Register of legal persons providing accounting and tax services, which is interconnected with the corresponding files of the Ministry of Finance.

You will need to fill in either: 

• your personal codes on Taxisnet (if it has been completed your initial registration)
• your personal codes that you filled in during the activation of your account
