Shipowners and operators can apply for a licence to charter a certain capacity of a professional pleasure boat recognised under the law of another country and the payment of a professional pleasure boat fee in accordance with the law of another country through the e-CharterPermission application.

You will need:

• either your personal Taxisnet credentials
• or for cases where it is not mandatory to have a Tax Identification Number to register a request in the application, you will need to fill in your email address.

You will need to enter information such as:

• shipowners or shipowners
• the ship
• the written full chartering contract or the private use of a commercial boat or the individual movement of an empty boat
• any changes
