If you have fled Ukraine since 24 February 2022, due to the war situation in your country, you can apply to receive a one-year temporary protection residence permit with the right to access the labour market and health care services.

This concerns persons who were residents of Ukraine before 24 February 2022, namely:

• Ukrainian nationals
• third country nationals, excluding Ukraine
• stateless persons as beneficiaries of international protection or of equivalent national protection
• the family members of the categories of persons mentioned above

You will need to fill in/state:

• your e-mail address
• your personal details
• the type and number of your identification document
• your level of education
• the field in which you are professionally active
• if you have a housing problem
• the point at which you wish to collect the Temporary Protection Beneficiary card

You can include up to 10 members in your application.

Once you have finalised your application, an appointment will be booked for you, so that you can get to the registration point you selected.
You will receive your appointment details by email. The appointment is common to all the persons included in the application.
