You can find your Temporary Number of Insurance and Healthcare for Foreigners (PAAYPA) with your identification details.
The PAAYPA is automatically issued with the international protection applicant's card by the Asylum Service and guarantees you the provision of healthcare services.
If your asylum application is accepted, your PAAYPA is converted into a Social Insurance Number (AMKA), while in case your application is rejected, your PAAYPA is automatically deactivated.
