You can apply for postponement of your concription in the Armed Forces if:

• your main and permanent place of residence is abroad, in one or more countries, for a period of at least eleven consecutive years
• your professional activity and your residence are abroad, in one or more countries, for a period of at least seven consecutive years

When to apply:
At any time after 1 January after 1 January of the year of your nineteenth (19th) birthday.

You will need:

• your personal Taxisnet credentials
• the certificate of permanent non-resident, issued by the competent Greek consular authorities.
