The authorized employees of the Municipalities also have access to the digital delivery request service. Upon request from citizens, you can request on their behalf the delivery of their pet to an animal welfare association or organization or to a shelter.
You will need either:

• your personal Taxisnet credentials, if you own a pet
• Public Administration Codes, if you are an employee of a municipality

You will also need to fill in the following information:

• animal microchip code, selected from the list of animals registered in the SubRegister of Recording and Monitoring of Companion Animals to you.
• the animal welfare association or organization or shelter to which you wish to deliver your pet.
• Selection of the reason for the separation of the pet animal
• give consent
• comments if you wish

The request for delivery to an animal welfare association or organisation or to a shelter is registered as a document, can be stored locally in pdf format and printed.

The institution to which the pet animal is delivered may accept or reject the request for delivery. If he accepts it, then the animal becomes a stray with the operator as manager. If he rejects it, then you can make a new delivery request.
