Pet owners, fosterers and managers of pets can view the animal health booklet in electronic format and print it out.

The animal health booklet contains information recorded in the Register of Pet Animals relating to the identification and health of the pet animal. In particular, it includes information relating to veterinary data:

• vaccinations
• leishmaniasis tests
• sterilisation
• obtaining genetic material
• deinfestations
• inheritance conditions that make reproduction unsafe
• compulsorily notifiable diseases

Authorised municipal officials also have access to the electronic booklet for pets managed by your organisation. In addition, upon request from citizens you can access to the booklet of a pet animal in a foster home or under foster care.

You will either:

• your personal Taxisnet credentials if you own, sponsor or manager of a pet animal
• the Civil Service Credentials if you are an employee of a municipality

The electronic booklet of the pet animal has the security features of gov.gr and you can either send it electronically or print it out and submit it in hard copy. The paper version does not require validation and is confirmed by the gov.gr document validity application.
