Owners of the hotels evacuated during the forest fires on the island of Rhodes in July 2023 can register via your legal representative in Register of Evacuated Hotels.
In order to start your process, an email containing information on the creation of an account in the application has been sent.

You will need to:

• fill in the credentials for the application
• fill in the  hotel details (Tax Identification Number (AFM), full name, full address)

• fill in the Special Operating Signal number or unique notification number

• fill in your details (legal representative) 

• fill in the contact details of the contact person of the hotel company

• upload the completed and signed application of the hotel company to participate in the programme

In the next phase you will register your beneficiary clients for the programme reference period.
