Submit the registrable (notarial) deeds to Cadastral offices

Natural and legal persons may submit the registrable (notarial) deeds to which you are party and which relate to your properties located in cadastrial areas where Cadastral offices operate.

You may also choose, on completion of the procedure, to receive the Certificate of Registration of a Registrable Deed.

The application for registration, to be accepted, must be applied between 08.30 and 13.30 on working days in order to receive a time priority. Excluding working days which may be local public holidays or where it has been decided that the local land registry office to which you are applying is closed.

You will need to:

  • enter your Taxisnet credentials for natural persons, or or your legal person's Taxisnet credentials for legal entities
  • attach the notarial deed and the necessary documents on a case-by-case basis
  • pay the fees due for the deed to be registered

Process steps

  1. Create a file for your property in the application at any time you wish, which will include all the necessary data and documents.
  2. Submit the application for the registration of the deed from 08.30 to 13.30 on working days. After submission, it is not possible to process the property file.
  3. This is followed by a legality check by the Cadastral office within 5 days and a parallel calculation of fees and rights. If there is a need to submit additional data, you will be informed by the Cadastral office and the processing of the property file will be activated again.
  4. A "Debt Form" is sent to your e-mail address which you must pay within 2 working days, using the available payment methods

Upon completion of the above steps and if you have opted for it, the Registration Certificate of Recordable Deed is available in the application.
