You can submit a surname or anonymous complaint for financial crimes to the Financial Police Directorate.
Financial crimes may concern: smuggling of goods, falsification of products, infringement of intellectual property rights (counterfeit goods), tax evasion, insurance fraud, health and welfare issues, illegal gambling, illegal betting, corruption, offences against public authorities, etc.

In order to sign a complaint you will need to fill in:

• your personal Taxisnet credentials (after registering in National Communication Register (National Communication Register (EMEP)) to confirm your mobile phone number)
• the information needed to better substantiate your complaint

In the signed complaint, the complainant has the right to request access to the data and the source of the complaint.

To make an anonymous complaint you will need:

• please provide your email address
• the information needed to better substantiate your complaint

In the anonymous complaint, you cannot be informed about the progress of your complaint.
